L’eau
La crise climatique est une crise de l’eau. D’abord parce que les impacts du dérèglement climatique se font sentir à travers l’eau, son absence (sécheresses) ou son trop-plein (inondations). Mais aussi parce que la mauvaise gestion des ressources en eau est une cause directe du dérèglement climatique et parce que cette mauvaise gestion aggrave les impacts des événements météorologiques extrêmes.
L’eau et sa gouvernance sont la clé de l’adaptation au changement climatique.
